Die Kabeljaufilet mit dem Saft einer Zitrone betr\u00e4ufeln und mit Salz, Paprika und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Etwas Butter mit dem Meerrettich und dem Senf verr\u00fchren und in kleine Flocken auf die Kr\u00e4uter geben. Anschlie\u00dfend mit Semmelbr\u00f6sel bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p>Die <a title=\"Kabeljau knusprig \u00fcberbacken\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gundel.de\/49-gundel-flachpfannen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Original Gundel Pfanne <\/a>nun in den Backofen geben und bei ca. 170 Grad etwa eine Halbe Stunden backen.
