Saft von einer Orange<br \/>\nFrische Kr\u00e4uter, B\u00e4rlauch, Kerbel oder Koriander<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">\nGem\u00fcse sch\u00e4len und gr\u00fcndlich waschen. M\u00f6hren, Lauchzwiebeln und Spargel in St\u00fccke schneiden. Nach Belieben etwas \u00d6l in die schon hei\u00dfe Original Gundel Pfanne geben und die Lauchzwiebeln darin and\u00fcnsten und mit Mehl und und einen E\u00dfl. Curry bedecken und damit kurz anschwitzen. Mit der Sahne, dem Orangensaft und 400 ml Wasser abl\u00f6schen und aufkochen.<\/p>\n<p>Die M\u00f6hren und den Spargel dazugeben und alles unter gelegentlichen R\u00fchren ca. 10 bi 12 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Die Zuckerschoten ca. 2 Minuten mitgaren Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Die Kr\u00e4uter waschen, trocknen und hacken und dazugeben.
