Rum<br \/>\n1 Prise Salz<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die lauwarme Milch in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und die Hefe darin aufl\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n<p>In eine andere Sch\u00fcssel das Mehl, die weiche Butter, Eier, Zucker, Salz geben und verr\u00fchren. Die Hefemilch dazugeben<br \/>\nund zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Diesen an einem warmen Ort ca. 30 min. gehen lassen. Zuvor mit einem Tuch bedecken.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend den Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che kurz durchkneten und in zwei St\u00fccke teilen. Die St\u00fcck der L\u00e4nge nach rollen und<br \/>\nzu einem Zopf flechten.<br \/>\nDen Zopf auf ein Backblech geben und zu einem Kranz legen. Aus Alufolie ein Ei formen und dieses in die Mitte plazieren. Dies<br \/>\ndient als Platzhalter in die das Osterei gesetzt wird. Den Kranz erneut ca. 20 min. gehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei ca. 170 Grad ca. 40 Minuten backen.
