Ein Ei und 2 Eigelb nach und nach dazugeben und weiter r\u00fchren. Die Haferflocken, Mandeln mit 125 g Mehl mischen und in den Teig geben und mit dem Knethaken den Teig kneten. Eine <a title=\"Original Gundel Backform\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gundel.de\/backen\/walter-backformen\/springform-oe-20-28-cm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Original Gundel Springform<\/a> gut einfetten. Den Teig in die Form geben und festdr\u00fccken. Dabei am Rand etwa 2 -3 cm hochdr\u00fccken. Den Boden mit der Gabel mehrmals einstechen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 Grad ca. 15 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend den Rhabarberputzen und in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. Diese mit etwa 5 E\u00dfl. Wasser und 100 g Zucker kurz aufkochen. Dann den Saft gut abtropfen lassen und abk\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Quark, 150 g Zucker, Vanillinzucker, 1 E\u00dfl Mehl, 2 Eier und Milch mit dem R\u00fchrger\u00e4t glatt r\u00fchren. Die Sahne steif schlagen und unter die Quarkmasse heben.<\/p>\n<p>Den Rhabarber auf den Kuchenboden verteilen und die Quarkmischung darauf geben. Ebenfalls bei 200 Grad \u00a0ca. 30 &#8211; 40 Minuten backen.
