Den Spinat in hei\u00dfem Salzwasser kurze Zeit blanchieren. Den Spinat abgie\u00dfen und auspressen.<br \/>Die <a title=\"Original Gundel Pfanne\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gundel.de\/pfannen\/hochrandpfannen\/gundel-guss-hochrandpfanne-28-cm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Original Gundel Pfanne <\/a>erhitzen und etwas \u00d6l in die Pfanne geben. Anschlie\u00dfend die Zwiebeln anbraten und die Kartoffeln dazugeben. Den Spinat unterr\u00fchren und die Eier verquirlen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und ebenfalls in die Pfanne geben und stocken lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Tortilla vorsichtig wenden, am Besten legt man ein Deckel auf die Pfanne und dreht diese schell um.
