Mehl<br \/>\n1 Vanilleschote<br \/>\n1\/2 l Milch<br \/>\n275 gr Zucker<br \/>\nSalz<br \/>\n5 Eigelb und 1 Ei<br \/>\nbrauner Zucker zum Bestreuen<br \/>\n2 TL Butter<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZUBEREITUNG:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">\nF\u00fcr die portugiesischen Cupcakes zun\u00e4chst Cupcake Formen oder ein Muffinblech gut einfetten. Den Bl\u00e4tterteig ausrollen und gro\u00dfe Kreise mit einem gro\u00dfen Becher ausstechen und in die Cupcake Formen geben und andr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<p>Zwischenzeitlich den Ofen auf 225 Grad aufheizen. Die Vanilleschote aufschneiden und das Mark herauskratzen. Die Milch zusammen mit der Vanilleschote und 2 TL Butter aufkochen. Die Schote wieder herausnehmen. Den Zucker, 3 E\u00dfl. Mehl und eine Prise Salz vermischen und in die kochende Milch gegen, kr\u00e4ftig r\u00fchren. Aufkochen und das Vanillemark mit dem Ei und Eigelb verquirlen. Etwas von der hei\u00dfen Creme unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Creme in die Cupcake Formen geben und im Ofen 15 Minuten backen.
