Den Ingwer ebenfalls sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Den Knoblauch hacken. Die Peperoni l\u00e4ngs aufschneiden und die Kerne herausnehmen, ebenfalls fein hacken. Die Garnelen dazugeben und 2 min. anbraten, dabei immer wieder wenden. Anschlie\u00dfend mit Cheyennepeffer und Salz w\u00fcrzen und die Garnelen aus der Pfanne nehmen. Die Garnelen mit einer Schaumkelle herausnehmen und beiseite stellen. Restliches \u00d6l in die Pfanne geben und den Spargel darin ca. 4 Minuten anbraten. Den Ingwer, Knoblauch, Peperoni und Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln dazugeben und kurz anbraten.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen und die Kokosmilch dazugeben. Bei mittlerer Hitze 4 Minuten kochen. Die Garnelen dazugeben und abschmecken. Die Korianderbl\u00e4tter dazugeben.
