ZUBEREITUNG:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rosenkohl in hei\u00dfe Salzwasser ca. 10 Min. k\u00f6cheln lassen. W\u00e4hrenddessen die Original Gundel Pfanne<\/a> erhitzen und die Nussmischung zersto\u00dfen. Anschlie\u00dfend in der hei\u00dfen Pfanne r\u00f6sten. Die Nussmischung aus der Pfanne nehmen und beiseite Stellen. Den Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksspeck in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und in der noch hei\u00dfen Original Gundel Pfanne<\/a> knusprig anbraten.<\/p>\n

Sobald dieser knusprig braun ist aus der Pfanne nehmen und auf einem K\u00fcchentuch abtropfen lassen. Den Porree in Ringe scheiden und in dem ausgelassenen Fett anbraten. Den Blumenkohl dazugeben und ca. 5 Minuten braten. Die N\u00fcsse und den Speck dazugeben und verr\u00fchren.
