Zwischenzeitlich Zwiebeln und Knoblauch klein schneiden. Wirsing Bl\u00e4tter waschen und kleinschneiden. Die Cashewn\u00fcsse klein hacken. Fleisch waschen und in Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Die <a title=\"Original Gundel Pfanne\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gundel.de\/49-gundel-flachpfannen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Original Gundel Pfanne<\/a> erhitzen und etwas \u00d6l dazugeben. Das Fleisch f\u00fcr ca. 4 Minuten anbraten. Gegen Ende Zwiebeln und Knoblauch dazugeben und mit braten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Mit Curry und Mehl best\u00e4uben und anschwitzen. 1\/4 Liter Wasser<\/p>\n<p>und die Kokosmilch dazugeben \u00a0und aufkochen. Die Br\u00fche dazugeben und ca. 3 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Das Wirsing dazugeben und bei zugedeckter Pfanne \u00a0zusammenfallen lassen.
