Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und ebenfalls w\u00fcrfeln. Die <a title=\"Original Gundel Pfanne\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gundel.de\/49-gundel-flachpfannen\">Original Gundel Pfanne <\/a>erhitzen und etwas \u00d6l hineingeben. Alles zusammen in der Pfanne anbraten. Etwas mit Mehl best\u00e4uben und anschwitzen. 370 ml Wasser, die Sahne und den Teel\u00f6ffel Br\u00fche dazugeben. Kurz aufkochen und ca. 5 Minuten weiter k\u00f6cheln lassen. Den Fisch in St\u00fccke schneiden und ebenfalls pro Seite ca. 2 -3 Minuten anbraten und mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Den Victoriabarsch in Gem\u00fcse\u00a0 anrichten.
