Den Gr\u00fcnkohl verlesen, waschen, trocken schleudern, von den dicken Blattrippen streifen und grob hacken. Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln ebenfalls waschen, putzen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und in feine Ringe schneiden. Den Knoblauch abziehen und fein hacken.<\/p>\n<p>Die\u00a0<a title=\"Original Gundel Pfanne\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gundel.de\/47-gundel-brat-pfannen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Original Gundel Pfanne <\/a>erhitzen und etwas \u00d6l hinzugeben. Die Karotten, den Knoblauch und die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln kurz anschwitzen. Den Risottoreis dazugeben\u00a0ebenfalls kurz mitschwitzen und mit dem Wein abl\u00f6schen. Diesen fast vollst\u00e4ndig aufsaugen lassen und dann etwas von der Br\u00fche angie\u00dfen, so dass alles gerade bedeckt ist. Dabei immer wieder r\u00fchren, die Fl\u00fcssigkeit von dem Risottoreis aufsaugen lassen und\u00a0erneut etwas Br\u00fche angie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>So fortfahren, bis die ganze Br\u00fche vollst\u00e4ndig aufgebraucht und das Risotto fertig ist. Es sollte noch leicht Biss haben. (ca. 25 Minuten) 10 Minuten vor Ende der Garzeit den Gr\u00fcnkohl unter das Risotto mischen und mit garen. Das fertige Risotto mit Salz, Pfeffer, einer Prise Muskat und einem Spritzer Zitronensaft abschmecken und in vorgew\u00e4rmte Teller anrichten.
