Mehl, Salz, Oliven\u00f6l und Zucker unterr\u00fchren und zu einem gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Teig verkneten (solange bis er nicht mehr zu klebrig ist).<br \/>\nSch\u00fcssel abdecken und 1-2h gehen lassen oder mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l bestreichen, in einem geschlossenen Gef\u00e4\u00df im K\u00fchlschrank \u00fcber Nacht gehen lassen und 1 h vor dem Backen aus dem<br \/>\nK\u00fchlschrank nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Sauce:<\/p>\n<p>Knoblauch fein reiben, Zwiebeln und Kr\u00e4uter klein hacken. Tomaten sch\u00e4len und klein hacken.<br \/>\nAlle restlichen Zutaten unterr\u00fchren und zur Seite stellen.<br \/>\nOfen auf 230 \u00b0C (Ober-\/Unterhitze) vorheizen. Teig rund formen und flach dr\u00fccken. Einen 1-2 cm dicken Rand lassen. Pizzaboden in die schon erhitzte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gundel.de\/pfannen\/bratpfannen\/gundel-guss-bratpfanne-flach-28-cm\">Gundel Pfanne<\/a> legen, mit Sauce bestreichen und mit Toppings belegen (nur die H\u00e4lfte des Basilikums). Gundel Pfannenstiel entfernen und die Pizza f\u00fcr 10-15 min im Ofen backen. Die Pizza Napoletana mit dem restlichem Basilikum toppen.
