Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n

2 EL Margarine
\n8 Scheiben Weltmeisterbrot
\n1 Knoblauchzehe
\n4 EL Hummus
\n1 Prise Paprikapulver
\n1 Prise Cayennepfeffer
\n40 g Salatmischung
\n80 g R\u00e4uchertofu
\n2 Tomaten
\n10 g Gartenkresse<\/p>\n

Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Tomaten waschen und in Scheiben schneiden. R\u00e4uchertofu in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und halbieren.<\/p>\n

2. In der Gundel-Grillpfanne<\/a> Margarine auf mittlerer Stufe schmelzen und Brotscheiben darin beidseitig knusprig braten. Brotscheiben auf ein K\u00fcchenkrepp legen.<\/p>\n

3. In einer Sch\u00fcssel Hummus, Paprikapulver und Cayennepfeffer gr\u00fcndlich verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

4. Knusprige Brotscheiben von allen Seiten mit Knoblauch einreiben. <\/p>\n

5.
