2 Avocado
\n100 g R\u00e4uchertofu
\n4 St\u00fcck Vollkorn-Tortilla
\n4 EL Hummus
\n80 g Veganer Streuk\u00e4se
\n4 Scheiben vegane Salami<\/p>\n

Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Avocado halbieren, entkernen und Frucht\ufb02eisch in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. R\u00e4uchertofu in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n

2. Einen Tortilla bis zur Mitte einschneiden und nacheinander Avocado, Hummus mit Streuk\u00e4se, R\u00e4uchertofu und vegane Salami auf je ein Viertel des Tortillas verteilen. Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckstortilla Viertel f\u00fcr Viertel einklappen.<\/p>\n

3.
