In eine Sch\u00fcssel Hefe, 5 EL Pflanzenmilch, 1 EL Zucker und 1 EL Mehl geben und<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>vermengen, ca. 15 Min. bei Raumtemperatur gehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. In einem Topf restliche Pflanzenmilch, Margarine und restlichen Zucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>schmelzen. Fl\u00fcssigkeit darf nicht w\u00e4rmer als 38\u00b0C sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Nun Vorteig, Milch-Margarine-Gemisch, restliches Mehl und eine Prise Salz zu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>einem glatten Teig kneten, zugedeckt bei Raumtemperatur ca. 8h oder \u00fcber<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nacht gehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Ofen auf 200\u00b0C Ober-\/Unterhitze vorheizen. Teig auf eine bemehlte Fl\u00e4che<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>st\u00fcrzen, ausrollen und zu einer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Rolle formen. Rolle l\u00e4ngs in drei<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Str\u00e4nge teilen und diese zu einem Zopf flechten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Hefezopf in eine Gundel-Pfanne platzieren und mit etwas Pflanzenmilch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>bepinseln. Pfanne in den Ofen stellen, Griff l\u00f6sen und ca. 20 Min. goldbraun<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>backen.
