Place the frying lid on the pan, set the valve to "Auto" for frying processes, and the lid will take care of the rest.
Our universal frying lid enables stress-free frying in square pans and pots from 24-30 cm and round pans with a diameter of 32 cm without annoying oil and grease splatters in the kitchen.
Furthermore, it can also be used as a normal pot lid for steaming and cooking; for this, turn the valve to the "Off" position.
Nice to know: Thanks to heat-resistant glass, it is even oven-safe.
